Hon’ble Minister for Excise & Prohi., Sports & Youth Services, Govt of
Telangana Sri. T. Padma Rao Goud has launched Indian Sign Language DVD on
education programmes to the General & Deaf students Prepared by “Deaf
Enabled Foundation”, Hyderabad, in view of International week of the Deaf 2016
at his chambers at Secretariat, Hyderabad.
