COMPLETE NEW SEVA SADAN COMPLEX BEFORE NEXT BTU-TTD EO

Tirumala, 18 October 2016: The new Seva Sadan complex which is coming up opposite Varaha swamy rest house in Tirumala should get ready by next Brahmotsavams, said TTD EO, Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

Reviewing with the TTD senior officers at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Tuesday along with Tirumala Jeo Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju he instructed the engineering wing to speed up the Seva Sadan works. The EO also directed the engineering wing to see that there is no leakage in PAC I and II during rainy season. Instructing the concerned officials he asked to bring out a small book let of Do's and Dont's book let for Srivari sevakulu to enhance their service skills.

Later the instructed the officials concerned to come with an action plan to strengthen potu in future. He also said the technical issues in donor management application should be resolved immediately for the benefit of donors. "The Annaprasadam wing is doing tremendous service to pilgrims . But the quality of Annaprasadam in MTVAC should be enhanced along with the quality of service to further levels", he expressed.

The EO instructed the PR wing and SVBC to give more publicity towards the sale of silver and copper dollars of Lord. "The display boards with relevant information should be placed at vital points for the sake of the pilgrims", he added.

Earlier, at the beginning of the meeting the EO appreciated the efforts of every department during recently held annual Brahmotsavams of Lord Venkateswara. He also lauded the team work of TTD workforce, vigilance, police, volunteers and scouts in rendering services to pilgrims and making the mega event a big success.

CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Sri Balaji, SE II Sri Ramachandra Reddy, Temple Dyeo Sri Kodandarama Rao and other HoDs were also present.
