Ganga Puja Performed in Kapilateertham

Tirupati, 4 November 2016: The annual Ganga Puja was performed in a ceremonial manner in the temple tank at Kapilateertham on Friday.

Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar who took part in this fete speaking to media said, this puja is performed every year on the first Friday in the month of Karthika under the aegis of water works department of TTD to appease the rain god and river goddess Ganga to bless with bountiful rains.
