Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao visit to Tirumala Titupathi on 21-02-2017

Honourable Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao along with his wife and family members has reached Renigunta Airport at 6 pm for a two-day tour of Tirumala and Tirupati.

            At the Renigunta Airport AP Minister Sri Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy, Tirupati MLA Ms Sugunamma, Chandragiri MLA Sri Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, DIG Sri Prabhakar Rao, TUDA former Chairman Sri Shankar Reddy and others have accorded a warm welcome. In front of the Airport, Vedic Scholars welcomed the CM and his wife with Vedic Chants.  Hundreds of KCR fans have swarmed to the Airport to welcome their beloved leader.

            The CM and his wife later drove down to Tirumala from Airport and when they reached Tirumala, TTD EO Sri Sambasiva Rao, JEO Sri Srinivasa Raju accorded a floral welcome to the visiting couple.  EO Sambasiva Rao said in the annals of the Independent Indian history no government ever presented gold ornaments to the Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy and Sri KCR thus heralded a new tradition. He said only Emperors and Kings like Sri Krishnadeveraya and Mysore Maharaja donated the ornaments to the Lord in the past history. A new era began with the Telangana government offering gifts to the Lord.

            Rajampet MP  Mithun Reddy, MLAs Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy welcomed the CM at the Guest House. Thousands of the devotees at Tirumala were inquisitive about the CM’s visit and were pleased with his very presence. Several political leaders and officials from Chittoor districts also met the CM.

            Along with the CM, TS legislative Assembly Speaker  Madhusudhanachary, Ministers T Harish Rao,  Etela Rajender,  Indrakaran Reddy, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Padma Rao, MP Ms Kavita, MLAs Vemula Prashanth Reddy,  G Kishore, Chief Advisor to TS Government  Rajiv Sharma, Chief Secretary SP Singh, Endowments Secretary Shivshankar and others were with the CM.
