Kumaradhara Mukkoti Observed

Tirumala, 12 March 2017: Thousands of pilgrim devotees took part in the Kumaradhara Mukkoti which was observed with religious fervour on Sunday. 

 

Kumaradhara happens to be one of the most pious teerthas in Tirumala which has a great religious significance. The mukkoti of this teertham occurs on the full moon day of Phalguna month every year. The devotees believe that a holy dip in these water current on this auspicious day will give salvation.
