Vice-Chairman of the Telangana Brahmin Samkshema Parishad and S. Venugopala
Chary, Special Representative to Govt. have conveyed their heartfelt thanks to
the Hon’ble Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao and the Hon’ble Minister
for Finance Etela Rajender for allocating Rs.100.00 crores to the Telangana
Brahmin Samkshema Parishad, in the budget for the financial year 2017-18 also.
The
Chairman of Telangana Brahmin Samkshema Parishad has further stated that with
the amount allocated for the Parishad, various welfare programmes will be taken
up in the Telangana State in a big way covering the fields of education,
health, entrepreneurship, skill development, livelihood to the poor persons
from Brahmin community and the like, in tune with the Government policies.
The
Chairman has also assured that the financial assistance will be extended not
only for the construction of Brahmin Samkshema Parishad building at Hyderabad
but also at various other needy places in the State, subject to availability of
land.
