Tirupati, 28 June 2017: The new version of Pothana Bhagavatham was brought out by TTD with Pratipadartha Saralavyakhyanam keeping in view today generation said TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.
The two day Bhagavata Sadas commenced in Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, the EO said, TTD has been bringing out the spiritual books in a big way as a part of its Hindu Sanatana Dharma Prachara activity. "I commend the great work rendered by all the 33 pundits who worked day and night to bring out this master piece", he added.
Speaking on this occasion Dr Samudrala Lakshmanaiah said, Pothana will remain as an exemplary scholar in Telugu Vangmaya (literary world) while Chief Editor of Sapthagiri Dr Radharamana said, TTD will remain in history for bringing out worthy books.
The Publications Special Officers Dr T Anjaneyulu said, Bhagavatham will deal the final phase in human life. The stories quoted by Pothanamathya are the ultimate destination of our journey", he asserted.
Eminent scholars Sri R Srihari, Sri K Venkat Reddy, Sri Damodaram Naidu were also present.
