Pranayamam Commenced for Srivari Sevaks on Yoga Day



Tirumala, 21 June 2017: In connection with International Yoga Day on Wednesday, the Srivari Sevakulu have been trained in "Pranayamam" - control of Breath which is a vital state of Yoga Sutra.

Taking the call given by TTD EO  

 Anil Kumar Singhal who instructed the Srivari Seva wing and Satya Sai Satsang trainers to include pranayama also in Srivari Seva daily training program which keeps the body and mind healthy, the most powerful breathing yogic technique has been taught to sevakulu during the satsang program in Srivari Seva Sadan on Wednesday in Tirumala.

Over 750 sevakulu hailing from all southern states of India took part in this program which will be henceforth continued in both morning and evening training sessions.

Assistant PRO Ms P Neelima, OSD  VLN Prasad, AE  Varaprasad and other trainers were also present. "
