Provide high Standards of Security to Hill Town - TTD Eo

Tirupati, 20 July 2017: Terming that the safety and security of the multitude of visiting pilgrims thronging Tirumala temple is the top most priority of temple management of TTD, the EO Anil Kumar Singhal directed the Vigilance and Security officers of TTD to provide hi-fi security to the Hill town by installing advanced gadgets.

A review meeting on the security aspects of Tirumala was held in the chambers of TTD EO in Tirupati on Thursday. During this meeting the EO instructed the vigilance cops not to compromise on the security front at Srivari Temple, Alipiri and GNC check points, in both the Ghat Roads as well as footpath routes. "Install high quality security gadgets , Facial Recognition devices (CC cameras captures the facial images of faces suspicious persons). Chalk out an action plan to purchase security devices in first phase. Invite an expert team from Noida to check the quality of these security gadgets. Utilise the services of HCL for the usage of these hi-fi security devices in an effective manner", he said.

Adding further the EO said, in the second phase the security sleuths should be given proper training and orientation over usage and functioning of these gadgets. "Also install more number of CCTVs in Sector 1 and 3. Follow International Airport standards in the installation of CC cameras", he maintained.
