Sunderaraja Swamy Utsavams Concludes

Tiruchanoor, 15 July 2017: The annual avatarotsavams of Sri Sunderarajaswamy concluded on a religious note in Tiruchanoor on Saturdayevening.

Snapana tirumanjanam was performed to the deities in the morning in Sri Krishnaswamy Mukha Mandapam. Later Unjal Seva was performed. 

In the night the Lord was taken on a celestial procession on Garuda Vahanam.

This annual fete is usually observed for three days every year with the final day coinciding with the advent of Satabhisha nakshatra since the Lord emerged in Tiruchanoor on this day some hundreds of years ago.
