Veturi's Services Remembered

Tirupati, 29 August 2017: On the occasion of 67th Death Anniversary of Sri Veturi Prabhakara Shastry, Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar wished that the research scholars should take him as inspiration and do extensive research and come out with innovative works.

After garlanding the bronzestatue of Sri Veturi Prabhakara Shastry at SV Oreintal College in Tirupati on Tuesday, the JEO remembered the great works of Sri Shastry which brought to light various interesting aspects about Tirumala temple and also on the great literary works of Saint Poet Sri Annamacharya. "The students should learn about such great persons and chose righteous way of leading life", he maintained.

Later Scholars Dr Medasani Mohan, Sri Sarvottama Rao also elaborated on the contributions of Sri Veturi Prabhakara Shastry. College Principal Sri B Surender was also present.
