TTD JEO Lauds Vegetable Donors

Tirumala, 12 September 2017:  JEO KS Sreenivasa Raju lauded the impeccable contributions of vegetable donors for their largesse in TTD's massive program of distribution of Annaprasadam.

A thanksgiving meeting was organised by Annaprasadam Wing of TTD at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Tuesdayevening which was as attended by vegetable donors hailing from Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Karnataka. Speaking to donors, the JEO said, started with just 2000 pilgrims in 1985 today, TTD provides free food to nearly one Lakh pilgrims a day not only in the massive Annaprasadam complex, but also in PAC II, queue lines when there is heavy rush, in compartments and also in food courts. "We could able to do the Annaprasadam activity in a massive way without any interruption with your support. We foresee the same support during the ensuing Brahmotsavams as well in future", he added.

Later the JEO felicitated the vegetable donors with the prasadams of Lord Venkateswara.
