JEO Review on Direct Flexis to Spread info on Divya Darshan Token Cancellations

Tirumala25,September 2017;The TTD JEO Sri K S Srinivasa Raju today urged the officials to put up flexis  at all prominent locations in Tirumala and Tirupati to spread awareness about cancellation of Divya Darshan token on September 27 ( Garuda Seva Day)and September 30( Peritasi Saturday).

Addressing officials of all departments of TTD  reviewing the Brahmotsavam activity the JEO said said  flexis  should be placed both on the Srivari Mettu and also Alipiri footpaths.He instructed the Broadcasting officials to set right the anomalies in the public address system at the Four mada streets, LED TVs and also the mike systems.

The JEO also briefed the 7 probationary IAS officials who had come to Tirumala on the functioning of the crucial departments like reception, vigilance, IT, Temple darshan,Transport ,Engineering security and Health .

Addressing officials  the CVSO Sri Ake Ravikrishna directed the officials to make the Mahadwaram and Bio-metric entrance more vigilant and effective .He also asked the TTD vigilance department to coordinate effectively with local police to provide fool proof security  set up for Garudotsavam  slated for Septemebr 27, Wednesday .
