CS conducts review of initiatives under Ease of Doing Business

Chief Secretary of Telangana has conducted a high level meeting with the Principal Secretaries and HoDs of 26 Departments to review the status of compliance of the State with the recommendations of Government of India in Ease of Doing Business at Secretariat today(05.10.2017). The CS has expressed his satisfaction and commended the departments for putting in concerted efforts to ensure that the initiatives proposed by Government of India are diligently implemented in the State in letter and spirit. Of the 372 recommendations of the Business Reform Action Plan, the State has so far achieved 95% of compliance with the deadline of complying still one month ahead. The CS has urged the departments that are yet to achieve 100% compliance to make extra efforts and expedite the process of putting in place the online systems required and executive orders issued. The departments also in turn have shown their commitment to achieve the compliance and have committed to complete the compliance within the next one week.
