“There is lot of literary creativity that took place in Telangana. There is no dearth of talent in the region. But the kind of name and fame which the Telangana literary personalities should get did not happen and their fame was not brought into light. The work that is happening for the development language here should be known to the world. The proposed Conference should show the self respect of the Telangana literary history, culture and not to demean others. Special programme should be there on all language genres. Give important to paiting and other art forms. Our talent and greatness should come forward. Publish the unpublished manuscripts,” the CM said.

“The Conference should be held on largescale and with lot of pomp and show. Decorate Hyderabad city with welcome arches. Telugu poems and songs should be held all over. The conference arrangments should bring laurels to the city. Make excellent boarding and lodging facilities for the guests. Invite the Telugus world over. Organise separate daises and allocate each dais to one genre,” the CM said.

“Create confidence among the participants that the Telugu language has future. Our government has made it mandatory to teach Telugu till Intermediate education. This has received well from all the sections. The Muslim religious elders also requested to extend this in Urdu medium schools also. This is a good development. We will also implement a policy by which people studying Telugu will get job opportunities. We will protect Telugu as we protect our mother. In Telugu students should have subjects, which teach them, social awareness, ethical values and respect towards the elders. Along with organising the conference the message should go clear and loud about future of Telugu,” the CM said.
