Annamaiah was a Great Philosopher - Dr Samudrala Lakshmanaiah

Tirupati, 15 March 2018: Describing Saint Poet Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya a great philosopher, Dr Samudrala Lakshmanaiah said, the poet has penned thousands of keertans on "Tatva Chintana".

Speaking on the occasion of 515 Death Anniversary at Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati on Thursday, the Puranetihasa Project Officer said Annamacharya quoted the instances of Ramayana, Mahabharata, Vedas etc. in his sankeertans.

Annamacharya Project Director Sri Dhananjaya was also present.

Meanwhile in the evening Smt T Srinidhi team from Hyderabad will render sankeertans in Mahati auditorium.
