Former assistant of Director Shankar turns into Director

Megam Sellum Thooram is a bilingual musical love story written and directed by Vignesh Kumar who has also acted in the lead. Vignesh Kumar worked as an assistant director to Director Shankar for the film ‘2.0’.

“It is a travel based story about a passionate young photographer. His understanding about himself, his break-up with his girl and the world is Megam Sellum Thooram all about. This film was shot in various locations in Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Nilgiris & Chennai with just a crew of three members - the Director, Cameraman and the supporting artiste cum Assistant Director” says Director Vignesh Kumar.

The lyrics is penned by journalist Ma Mohan who has beautifully handled a lot of emotions with his soulful words. Music Director Zatrix who’s just 17 years old has given life to that lyrics through his energetic & romantic music. These two people have contributed a lot for this.

The musical love story was released by Actor Udhayanidhi Stalin who shared it in his Twitter profile.
