Lord Rides on Simha Vahanam

Tirupati, 23 May 2018: On the third day of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavam of TTD sub temple

Sri Gvoindaraja Temple Lord decorated as AnantaJaimurti rode on Simha vahanam acoompanied by caparisoned elephants, kolatas, bhakti music of  devotees.

Emerging as king of all animals, Lion (Simha) Lord symbolised as the strength of the weakest among devotees .The Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed to dieties in the morning and later in evening Unjal seva was performed. The utsava idols were paraded on Muthyapu pandiri vahanam at night.

During the Brahmotsavam the Lord appeared in various avatars with glittering flower, jewellery and silk robes every day.

Pontiffs Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swami, Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami , local temples Dy EO Smt Varalakshmi, AEO Sri Udayabhaskar Reddy, Supdt, Sri Jnana Prakash and other temple officials and devotees participated in the grand Brahmotsavam events through out the day.
