Tirupati, 12 May 2018: TTD has taken up wide publicity campaign activity on the Sarva Darshan Token system which aims at providing easy darshan to pilgrims minimizing their long waiting hours in queue lines and compartments.
10 LAKH PAMPHLETS IN VARIOUS LANGUAGES
To inform wider range of pilgrims who are coming for darshan of Lord Venkateswara, TTD has published 10 lakh pamphlets and handouts in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English. Apart from this flex boards have also been displayed at various vital areas in Tirumala and Tirupati.
PUBLICITY WITH SEVAKULU
Every day over 100
Srivari Sevakulu are exclusively deployed to take up publicity campaign in Tirupati and Tirumala. They are being provided with megaphones and mike sets to announce about the Sarva Darshan Token system in a continuous manner. The publicity campaign is rigorously taken up at Bhudevi Complex near Alipiri, Railway Station, Bus Station, II and III NC chowltries, Vishnunivasam and Srinivasam where the Sarva Darshan Token issuing counters are located.
EVEN AT RENIGUNTA
Similar publicity campaign is also been taken up at Renigunta Railway station. The Sevakulu are distributing pamphlets in all the trains reaching Tirupati. In Tirumala, the publicity campaign is taken up at RTC bus stand, ATC circle, near MBC 26 and 34, in SD complex also informing the pilgrims to take Sarva Darshan tokens in the counters located at these places.
THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA
The IT wing of TTD has also kept the detail information on Sarva Darshan token system in its official website. While some media channels and Sevakulu have voluntarily taking up the publicity campaign through Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook reaching global pilgrims.
