YOGA PRACTICE PART OF YOUR DAILY LIFE - GOVERNOR NARASIMHAN
Hyderabad, June 21, 2018: Participating in the International Yoga Day
Celebrations held at 'Samskruti' Community Centre at Raj Bhavan Complex on
Thursday, Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Sri E.S.L. Narasimhan said
that it is our responsibility to treasure the ancient system of Yoga for
posterity. Governor said that everyone should imbibe the practice of yoga as
part of daily lifestyle to maintain good health and fitness. He said good
health can be maintained with regular practice of Yoga.
Practice of yoga is very
simple and by practicing Pranayama or breathing exercises for 10-15 minutes
every day one can maintain better mental and physical health, said the Governor.
Governor said that yoga should be practiced not once in a year but should become
a part of every day activity.
Yoga Guru Ravi Kishore
conducted the Yoga exercises along with his disciples. Lady Governor Smt. Vimala Narasimhan, Advisors
to Governor Sri APVN Sarma, Sri A.K. Mohanty, Principal Secretary Harpreet
Singh and officers and staff members, police and security personnel of Raj
Bhavan have participated in the event organised on the occasion of
International Day of Yoga - 2018.
Governor Sri E.S.L. Narasimhan and Smt. Vimala Narasimhan have
also participated in the yoga event organised in the Raj Bhavan Govt. High
School by the teachers and senior students of the school.
