Tirupati, 6 July 2018: The annual ‘Sakshatkara Vaibhavam’ at Kalyana Venkateswara temple in Srinivasa Mangapuram, near Tirupathi will be celebrated between July 16th and 18 and Tirupati JEO
P Bhaskar released posters in connection with this fete on Friday.
The koil alwar tirumanjanam to the fete will be celebrated on July 12.
Priests of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy perform Snapana Thirumanjanam (Celestial Bath) to the processional deities from 9 am to 10.30 am inside temple premises during these days. This festival is considered to be as important on par with the Annual Brahmotsavams.
On first day evening, the lord will take ride on Golden Tiruchi, second day on Hanumantha and final day on Garuda Vahanam. Meanwhile the Paruveta Utsavam will be observed on July 19 near Srivari Mettu.
