Astabandhana Jeernodharana Maha Samprokshanam in Appalayagunta from 2nd to 6th Sep

Tirupati, 30 August 2018: After observing Balalayam in the famous temple of

Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple at Appalayagunta, the Jeernodharana Maha Samprokshanam will be observed from September 2 to 6.

This celestial fete commences with Ankurarpanam on September 1 evening. It may be mentioned here that the renovation works commenced in the temple on August 6 after setting up Daru Vigraham of the main deity. The sanctum sanctorum ia closed since then and will be opened only after observing Purnahuti on September 6 by 7am.

Meanwhile on from September 2 to 5 religious events will be observed in Yagashala which includes Ksheeradhivasam, Jaladhivasam, Kalapakarshana, Sarava Devataradhana etc.
