'Haritha Haram' at Raj Bhavan

Hyderabad, August 02: Participating in the fourth phase of 'Haritha Haram' programme, Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Sri E.S.L. Narasimhan, Lady Governor Smt. Vimala Narasimhan have planted golden cyprus saplings at the Raj Bhavan premises, on Thursday. Sri A.P.V.N. Sarma, Advisor, Smt. Sarma, Sri Harpreet Singh, Principal Secretary, officers and staff members of Raj Bhavan have participated in the programme and planted trees in the Raj Bhavan premises.  

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that  'Harita Haram' programme, the Flagship programme of the Telangana government, will go a long way in increasing the amount of green cover in the state and in reduction of temperatures.
