WhatsApp CEO meets KTR in Hyderabad

Chris Daniels, CEO of Whatsapp and Shivnath Thukral, Head, Public Policy Division, Facebook- India called on Minister KT Rama Rao in Hyderabad today.

During the meeting, the Minister pitched the case of Hyderabad for the setting up of customer service operations center of Whatsapp. Chris Daniels responded positively to Minister Rama Rao’s request.

Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary, IT & Industries Dept and Konatham Dileep, Director Digital Media, ITE&C Dept, also participated in the meeting.
