Astabandhana Jeernodharana Maha Samprokshanam in Appalayagunta From 2nd to 6th Sep

Appalayagunta, 1 September 2018: Ankurarpanam for Astabandhana Jeernodharana Maha Samprokshanam was observed in the famous temple of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple at Appalayagunta, on Saturday evening.

The Jeernodharana Maha Samprokshanam will be observed in the temple from September 2 to 6.

It may be mentioned here that the renovation works commenced in the temple on August 6 after setting up Daru Vigraham of the main deity. The sanctum sanctorum ia closed since then and will be opened only after observing Purnahuti on September 6 by 7am.

Meanwhile from September 2 to 5 religious events will be observed in Yagashala which includes Ksheeradhivasam, Jaladhivasam, Kalapakarshana, Sarva Devataradhana etc.
