Tirupati, 6 September 2018: In connection with 154th Birth Anniversary of Harikatha Pitamaha, Sri Adibhatla Narayanadasu, floral tributes have been paid to his statue located in SV College of Music and Dance in Tirupati on Thursday.
A three day musical fiesta and Harikatha Parayanam will be there in Mahati Auditorium between 6pm and 8pm.
Meanwhile Sri Narayanadasu was born in 1864 on August 31 in Ajjada village of Vijayanagaram district and was a multi talented personality. He propagated the Potana Bhagavatham to the common folk through his expertise of Harikatha.
Music College Principal Dr YVS Padmavathi and others took part in the Pushpanjali programme.
