Tirumala, 15 November 2018: Among the holy torrent festivals, Chakrateertham happens to be one of the most important ones in Tirumala and the mukkoti festival for this sacred water body will be observed on November 20.
The temple and religious staffs will reach Chakrateertham and perform spwcial abhishekam to Chakrattalwar, Narasimha Swamy and Hanuman located in this holy place and later return to the temple.
According to Puranas, Chakra Teertha Mukkoti falls on Karthika Suddha Dwadasi day every year.
