Laksha Bilwarchana Held in Sri Kapilwswara Swamy Vary Temple

Tirupati, 26 November 2018: On the auspicious day of Arudra Nakshatra, which happens to be the birth star of Lord Shiva, Laksha Bilwarchana Seva was held in Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple in Tirupati on Monday.

After the morning rituals, the special puja with one lakh sacred Indian Bael leaves was performed in Yagashala between 7am and 12noon. As this fete coupled with Karthika Somavaram, the temple witnessed huge turn out of devotees who took part in this fete.

Meanwhile, the processional deities of Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru and Sri Kapileswara Swamy were taken for a pleasure ride along the streets between 6pm and 8pm.
