Tirupati, 7 Dec. 18: The month long conduction of Homa Mahotsavams at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple as a part of festivities in Karthika masam came to a grand conclusion on Friday with the Sri Chandikeswarar Homam and Trisoola Snanam.
As a part of the Visesha Homa Mahotsavams, the Archakas performed Sri Chandikeswara Homa in the morning followed by Maha Purnahuti, Kalasha Udwasana , Maha Shanti Abhisekam, Kalashabisekam, Trishoola Snanam and finally with Ankurarpanam Visarjanam.
In the evening laksha Deeparadhana and Sri Vigneswara Swamy, Sri Valli Devasena and Sri Subramanya swamy, Sri Kapileswara swamy, Sri Kamakshi, Sri Chandikeswarara Aradhana were performed. Later the utsava idols of all five deities were paraded on the streets of temple town.
The Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar, DyEO Sri Subramanyam, Temple superintendent Sri Ajay Kumar, Temple priests Sri Swaminatha swamy, Maniswamy, Udayaswamy, Temple inspector Sri Muralikrishna, Sri Reddy Sekhar, other officials and devotees participated in the event.
