Bhogi Telu in Sri Govindaraja Swamy Vari Temple

Tirupati, 14 Jan  19:In connection with auspicious Bhogi festival, Bhogi Teru observed in Sri Govinda Raja Swamy temple on Monday in Tirupati.

As a part of this festival Sri Krishna Swamy and Sri Andal Godai were seated on a small chariot and taken out for procession in four mada streets in the evening between 5.30pm and 7pm.

Later on January 15 following Makara Sankranthi festival, the Sudarshana Chakrattalwar will be taken to Alwar tank in Kapilatheertham and  chakra snanam will be observed.

On January 16, Andal Sri Goda Parinayam and on January 17 Paruveta Utsavam will be observed
