Tirupati, 2 March 2019: TTD Joint Executive Officer Sri B Lakshmi Kantham said today that steps have been taken up for further development of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara temple at Narayanavanam.
Speaking to reporters after visiting the Temple this morning he said the TTD plans to give extensive publicity to the historic and devotional significance of local temples and also enhance devotee amenities.
He said TTD has allocated₹2.5 crore for development of devotee amenities at the Narayanavanam temple. He also directed officials on ongoing works at vahanam mandapam and queue lines etc.
Earlier the JEO performed special pujas to the deities at Sri Kalyana Venkateswara temple and the temple priests bestowed ashirvachanam and offered Thirtham prasadam.
Temple AEO Sri Thirumaliah, Superintendent Sri Chandramouli Sharma, Inspector Sri Nagraj and chief priest Sridhar participated.
