Tirupati, 5 Mar. 19: Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmikantham directed the officials concerned to arrive hard to get International Standard Organisation (ISO) identity by enhancing services in rest houses and temples.
A review meeting was held in the camp office JEO in Tirupati on Tuesday. He instructed the officials that initially the amenities for pilgrims will be enhanced in Tiruchanoor temple and also in Vishnu Nivasam Rest House.
He said other facilities like relay of SVBC programmes in rest houses to engage pilgrims in spiritual environment, triwheeler chairs for aged and handicapped will be arranged in Padmavathi Ammavari temple soon. "Ambulance will also be kept ready for the sake of pilgrims in case of emergency", he added.
