Tirupati, 2 Mar. 19: As part of extended publicity campaign on devotee services at Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple, JEO Tirupati Sri B Lakshmi Kantham released wall posters on Saturday.
Speaking after the event at JEO camp office, he said that the campaign was to popularise the daily, weekly monthly and annual events at Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple, Tiruchanoor, to appraise devotees on day’s activities.
The posters should be displayed at all TTD guesthouses; RTC bus stands to spread publicity about activities in Goddess Padmavati temple. Similarly, Audio clips of Goddess Padmavati lores and sankeertans were being designed. 3D laser cum Projection mapping apps were also designed to give devotees a wholesome experience through their smartphones.
The JEO said all-round development activities were taken up at the temple town in a phased manner as per master plan to attract devotees to Tiruchanoor temple on par with Srivari Temple at Tirumala.
He said the objective of the campaign is to spread awareness among devotees that they should visit Sri Padmavati Ammmavari temple after the visit to Sri Varahaswami and Srivari temples at Tirumala. To complete their pilgrimage.
He said all steps were made on a war footing to spread complete awareness among devotees on history and significance of all local temples.
