Radha Gamanam Observed on Second Day of Salakatla Vasontotsavam

TIRUMALA, 18 April 2019:  On the second day of annual Vasanthotsavam Lord Malayappa Swamy flanked by His two consorts took a celestial ride Swarna Ratham in the bright sunny day on Thursday in Tirumala.

Meanwhile, Lord traversed through the four mada streets seated majestically on the golden "Devasana Peetham" on the 30-feet mighty goldenchariot.

Devotees flooded to the hill town to catch the glimpse of Lord gigantic chariot and especially women devotees enthusiastically took part in the pulling of the chariot chanting "Govinda Nama".

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Temple DyEO Sri Haridranath, Peishkar Sri Ramesh and other officials were also present.
