TTD EO Gifts Srivari Saare to Gangamma

Tirupati,11 May, 2019 ; TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal presented sare to Gangamma, the folk goddess of Tataiahgunta in the temple city on Saturday.

It is often believe that Gangamma is the beloved sister of Tirumala Lord Venkateswara. Every year He sends the sare to His sister which will be adorned to the Goddess on the auspicious day of Gangamma Jatara which falls on May 14.

The sare was rendered special puja in Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple and the EO handed over the traditional sare to State Endowments Regional Commissioner Smt Bhramaramba.

Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple Spl.Gr.Dy.E.O Smt Varalakshmi was also present.
