Prayed Lord to Bestow me with Enough Strength to Serve Nation - Vice President

Tirumala, 4 Jun. 19: "I prayed the Universal Lord Venkateswara to bestow me with enough power and strength to offer service to my Nation", asserted the Honourable Vice President of India Sri M Venkaiah Naidu.

The vice -prez is on a three day visit to Tirumala. The VIP dignitary who reached Tirumala along with the members of his family on Monday evening and had darshanam of Lord Venkateswara on Tuesday.

On his arrival at Maha dwaram through Vaikuntham Queue Complex wearing Tirunamam, the Vice-President was given traditional welcome by TTD with Isthikaphal welcome with Veda Mantras, melam. TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal and Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju given warm reception to the protocol dignitary.

Later he offeren prayers inside sanctum sanctorum, followers by Vedasirvachanam by vedi pundits in Ranganayakula Mandapam.

After darshanam speaking to media outside the temple, the Vice Prez said that darshanam of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, Satsangam and Literature will empower him to serve the nation with more enthusiasm and effectiveness. "So after darshanam, my family and myself will go to Dharmagiri Vedapathashala and later render service at Annaprasada Bhavanam today. In the evening will take part in Nada Neeraajanam", he maintained.
