Governor Offers Prayers in TTD Local Temples

Tirupati, 13 Jul. 19: The Governor of AP and TS Sri ESL Narasimhan offered prayers in all the TTD local temples on Saturday. 

Beginning his spiritual visit to the temple city, the first citizen of the state had darshan of Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru at Tiruchanoor. 

The priests gave him traditional reception on his arrival at temple.  Tirupati JEO Sri P Basanth Kumar welcomed the VIP protocol dignitary. The Governor and his entourage had darshan of Goddess.


Later the Honourable Governor along with his spouse Smt Vimala Raman had darshan of Sri Govinda Raja Swamy in Tirupati. They also had darshan of Sri Andal Ammavaru, Sri Kalyana Venkateswara, Sri Bhashyakarulavaru, and Sri Tirumala Nambi sub temples located in the main temple premises.

The Governor and Lady Governor later took part in the Jyestabhisheka Homam, which is going on in the temple. 


Afterwards, the first citizen couple of the State had darshan of Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy in Tirupati. 

The Governor said Lord Sri Rama is an embodiment of ethical values and righteousness and hence revered as "Maryada Purushottama".


Later HE the Honourable Governor Sri ESL Narasimhan paved a visit to Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram, which is about 15km from Tirupati.

Collector Sri Narayana Bharat Gupta, Tirupati Urban SP Sri Anburajan, TTD CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, VGO Sri Ashok Kumar Goud, Spl.Gr DyEO Smt Varalakshmi, DyEO Smt Jhansi Rani and other officers were also present.
