Guidance of Gurus is Importent for Salvation - HH Sri Sugunendra Teertha

  

Tirumala, 20 Jul. 19:  The guidance of teachers (Gurus) was essential to lead life in correct path and to attain divinr bliss said the pontiff of Puttige Mutt of Udupi, HH Sri Sugunendrathirtha Swami.

Speaking at the Sri Jayathirtha Anardhana organised by the TTDs Dasa Sahitya Project in the Asthana Mandapam on Saturday at Tirumala, the pontiff said Sri Jayathirtha had composed the epic, Nyaya Sudha that heralded the basic tenets of dharma for attaining moksha, the eternal bliss.

Nearly 2500 bhajan mandals hailing from AP, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu participated in the program conducted under ageis of Dasa Sahitya Project of TTD in the supervision of Dr PR Anandathirthacharyulu, the Special Officer of the Project.
