Hyderabad, July 19: Bidding farewell to the officers and staff
members of Raj Bhavan departing for the new Raj Bhavan at Vijayawada, Governor
Sri E.S.L. Narasimhan said the Raj Bhavan at Hyderabad has become a trendsetter
in the country in many ways and said that the officers and staff members who
are going to join the new Raj Bhavan at Vijayawada should emulate the good work
done at the Raj Bhavan at Hyderabad and continue to work with the same
commitment. In an emotional speech, the Governor said he will be missing their services
at the Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad.

Surendra Mohan, Advisors Sri APVN Sarma, Sri A.K. Mohanty, Liaison Officer Sri
Vidyasagar also spoke on the occasion and recalled the services rendered by the
departing officers and staff members and said each of them contributed in their
mite for the success of the Raj Bhavan at Hyderabad.
Sri Arjun Rao, Joint
Secretary, Ms. Sasikala, Joint Director, Sri Gouri Sankar, Press Secretary and
other staff members have thanked the Governor for the opportunity given to them
to work in the Raj Bhavan during his tenure. The departing officers were
felicitated by the Governor with presentation of a Memento and a shawl. They
are expected to report for duties in the new Raj Bhavan at Vijayawada on
Saturday.
