Pushpayagam Observed at Appalayagunta

Appalayagunta, 18 July 2019: The annual Pushpayagam was observed with religious fervour in Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple at Appalayagunta on Thursday. 

This fete is usually observed to waive off the sins committed either knowingly or unknowingly by religious, office staffs and even devotees. 

The utsava deities were seated on a separate platform and Pushpayagam was observed with tonnes of varieties of traditional flowers between 3pm and 6pm. 

Tirupati JEO Sri Basant Kumar, Temple DyEO Smt Jhansi Rani, AEO Sri Subramanyam, Kankana Bhattar Sri Suryakumar Acharyulu, Temple Inspector Sri Srinivasulu and devotees took part.
