Bellamkonda Sreenivas has surely built himself a reputation of trying to do something new with each film. Yet again, the actor is set to be seen in director Ramesh Varma Penmetsa's next, Rakshasudu.
Produced on the A Havish Lakshman Koneru banner by Koneru Satyanarayana, the film is presently in post-production. Rakshasudu is being given a worldwide release on August 2nd by Abhishek Nama of Abhishek Pictures.
Speaking on this occasion, producer Koneru Satyanarayana said, "After seeing the grand success of the Tamil film Ratsasan, and very impressed by the story, I am very glad to have produced this film in Telugu. This is a crime investigative thriller and we have left no stone unturned to bring this out in the best possible way. Sreenivas will be seen as a sincere police officer in the film which is presently in post-production. Devi Sri Prasad's brother Sagar is writing lyrics for the film that has music by Ghibran. Anupama Parameswaran is the female lead. The film releases on August 2.
