Tiruchanur, 9 Aug. 19: Goddess of Riches and Prosperity, Sri Padmavathi Devi was taken on a celestial ride on Swarna Ratham in four mada streets of Tiruchanoor on Friday evening.
In connection with Varalakshmi Vratam on second Friday in the auspicious month of Sravana, this fete was held.
Goddess in all Her religious splendour blessed devotees on Swarna Ratham.
Tirupati JEO Sri P Basanth Kumar, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, ACVO Sri Sivakumar Reddy, Temple DyEO Smt Jhansi Rani and others took part.
