Dr. Rajasekhar donates Rs 10 lakh to MAA

Dr. Rajasekhar has today made a donation of Rs 10 lakh for the Movie Artists' Association.  It has been six months since a new office took over after the March elections at MAA.  The officeholders, including president VK Naresh, are trying their best to fulfill the election promises.  Towards this, Rajasekhar has made the large donation so that the balance with MAA doesn't have to be used for now.  

The 'Kalki' and 'PSV Garuda Vega' actor, who is MAA's Executive Vice-President, said that the body is trying its best to secure funds for different purposes.  "With the support of the entire industry, MAA is determined to take up several endeavours.  Towards this, funds are being pooled," a statement from MAA says.  

Rajasekhar's next project was recently announced. He will shoot for a film to be directed by Kollywood director Pradeep Krishnamoorthy.
