womenswear and menswear are making their way into the Hyderabad market with a
sprawling flagship store in Banjara Hills.
Having a solid international presence, a number of
shows at various fashion weeks and 3 physical stores, Shyamal and Bhumika are expanding into the Hyderabad market. Their
new store is located in Hyderabad's leading luxury and lifestyle space, Banjara
Hills. The new store has been specially curated to ensure it’s an experiential space that truly reflects the label’s unique values and aesthetics.
The new flagship store houses womenswear and menswear
from latest lines in a sprawling area of 5,000 sq. ft. The store has a distinct
look of an old haveli with wall carvings which has been developed by Shyamal and Bhumika.
The store will be stocking statement ensembles from the
latest Couture and Bridal collections, Memoirs of a Maharani and The
Renaissance Muse.
Tollywood Diva Samantha who was the Showstopper at the
fashion show held on the occasion said, Congratulations
on launching this beautiful store, which has a royal ambience. In the past we
always thought Hyderabad was a step behind in the fashion trend, but now every big
designer from North is coming to Hyderabad, our options are more and this city
is becoming the latest destination for fashion in the South. People of South
are conscious and are patronizing the trendy fashions. Shyamal and Bhumika
are in the right place at right time. I am feeling like a princess in this
outfit, which is seminal and at the same time not overdone. They also have a
beautiful range of men's collection, which is rare and that way they present

Shyamal added, I
started my career from here, we once went to the weavers here, that's how we
got interested and started weaving and designing. Our first collection was made
from the weaves of Hyderabad, while I was living here. It's a very nostalgic moment,
it's a dream come true. This is a beautiful store we have come up with for
people of Hyderabad and around.
For the showcase, Shyamal
and Bhumika have collaborated with Shree Jewellers to curate a collection
of precious jewellery. The collection
consists of precious stones like emerald, sapphires and rubies with polka
jewellery made in yellow gold. Streams of lights, lavish enchantment and the
charm of extreme sophistication, the collection compliments Shyamal & Bhumika's Couture 2019
collection.
