Golden Chariot Procession Held

The grand procession of Golden Chariot was held in the Mada streets of Tiruchanoor on Thursday evening.

Braving the inclement weather, the Swarna Ratham marched ahead swiftly along with mada streets with the devotees especially the women pulling the chariot with utmost devotion and enthusiasm.

Goddess Padmavathi Devi in all Her splendour seated on the platform arranged inside the well decked golden chariot. Dressed in silks and adorned with dazzling diamond-studded golden jewels, the Goddess sparkled on the Golden Chariot blessing the devotees.

TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal, DyEO Sri C Govindarajan and others also participated.
