Tirupati, 8 Jan. 20: On the fourth day of the ongoing float festival (Teppotsavam) at Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple, the utsava deity of Goddess Kamakshi has taken a ride on a colourfully decorated float.
Riding the flower and electrically decked float, the deity blessed devotees by taking seven rounds in the temple Pushkarani.
Similarly, on January 9, the utsava idols of Sri Chandikeswara and Sri Chandrasekhar will bless devotees in nine rounds on the float.
