Grand Finale of Tiruppavai Parayanam












Tirupati, 14 Jan. 20: The Tiruppavai Parayanam and spiritual discourses by prominent pundits organised by TTD at 243 centres across the country as a part of Dhanur Masam celebrations concluded on Tuesday morning.

The grand finale for the event was held at Annamacharya Kala Mandir at Tirupati and culminated with Sri Goda Kalyanam celebrations.

The Goda Kalyanam was performed amidst Vedic hymns and sangeet by artists of Annamacharya Project after utsava idols of Sri Godadevi and Sri Ranganatha were brought from Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple.

The Tiruppavai Parayanam which commenced at Annamacharya Kala Mandir from December 17 for a month under auspices of TTD Alwar Divya Prabandam Project concluded on Tuesday morning. 

The Tiruppavai Parayanam was rendered by scholar Sri Chakravarti Ranganathan of Tirupati who presented Tatparya Sahitya pasurams on each day and enthused audience.

HDPP Chief who is also In-charge of Alwar Divya Prabandha Project Sri Acharya Rajagopalan was also present.
