Tirumala, 17 Feb. 20: On the celestial occasion of ongoing annual brahmotsavams at Srisailam Saiva Kshetram, TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy along with TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal presented silk vastrams to the presiding deity of Srisailam on Monday evening.
It is a traditional custom to present silk vastrams on behalf of Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Swamy to Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy on the auspicious occasion of later's annual brahmotsavams every year.
Earlier, the high profile dignitaries of TTD were received by Sri Sailam Devastanam Executive Officer Sri KS Rama Rao and later had darshan of the presiding deity.
The chairman and EO of TTD were presented with prasadams and a laminated photo of Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy.
Tirumala temple OSD Sri P Seshadri was also present.
