TTD Chariman Inspects Devotees Facilities at Tirumala

Tirumala, 28 February 2020: TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy and Additional Executive Officer Sri AV Dharma Reddy on Friday morning made spot inspection of regions to monitor the facilities provided to the pilgrims by TTD.

After partaking in Anna Prasadam along with devotees at Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Anna Prasadam Complex, speaking to media the Chairman said that the devotees have expressed happiness about drinking water facilities and also complimented on TTD's decision to ban plastic usage in Tirumala to protect the environs.

The Chairman said that TTD had set up RO plants at all locations of the devotee congregation at Tirumala to provide clean and pure Jala Prasadam. None of the devotees also have made any complaint about plastic bottles ban and in fact, offering support for the noble cause", he observed.

Earlier the inspection began from ATC followed by Vaikuntam Queue Complex and reached Supatham. Thereafter they visited Kalyanakatta and inspected the tonsuring activity.

Later on the Chairman and Additional EO, inspected the shops and outlets near Sri Bedi Anjaneya temple and Anna Prasadam Complex where they personally verified the hygiene and taste of food.

TTD VSO Sri Manohar, DyEO of Srivari temple Sri Harindranath, DyEO of Anna Prasadam Sri Nagaraja, Catering Officer Sri GLN Shastri, DyEO Kalyanakatta Sri Selvam and others participated.
