Complex Handed Over to Tourism

Tiruchanoor, 5 March 2020: TTD chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy  on Thursday inaugurated Sri Padmavathi Nilayam (Rest House complex)  built at a cost of ₹74.70 crore in Tiruchanoor  ahead of handing it over to the Tourism Corporation for maintenance.

The Tirupati MLA and TTD board special invitee Sri Bhuvana Karunakar Reddy and Chandragiri MLA Dr C Bhaskar Reddy participated.

Speaking to reporters on the ocassion the chairman said 8 floor complex comprising of 4.26 lakh square feet over 5.35 acres had a cellar space adequate to park 135 vehicles with 200 rooms(80 a/c ,and 120 non-a/c, five dormitories       ( 1AC, and 4 non-A/C) to accommodate nearly 1600 devotees.

He said the complex located on highway was  convenient for devotees and pilgrims who could book rooms online as well.

And said the first floor comprised of a Reception,  time slot Darshan  and Srivani counters, ATMs, Cloak room and restaurants are located. The cellar floor. besides parking, space is created for water storage sewerage treatment plant, transformers, generators etc
